Maxims II: The Dark Triad Economy

Please enjoy a few maxims from my memoirs in the order they were written. DAVID

27. Do not conflate similarity with equality. Noble and robust types exist. That is our difference.

28. Those of lesser natures will condemn you for your weakness, while expecting you to forgive them of theirs.

33. IMPERSONALITY. One must achieve practical indifference to anything like offense. Once personal and social boundaries have been set, one must predetermine and employ sanctions for any and all violations of determined boundaries. Removal of attention can be one sanction of sort. Most human beings are trapped in the mire of trivial behaviors dictated and conditioned by social norms and cultural super ego. Those of higher natures will feel indifference or disgust with these trivial doings and strivings. Strive to elevate oneself above indignation as a remedy for disgust. Folly is often a valuable element that administers lessons to the herd. Who is one to deprive them of such a rite of passage? Look to benefit from this dynamic.

With abundance one can be benevolent.

36. The Stoic as the insensitive one. One that consumes the randomness of the universe neither as fate or accident. A taste for bitter and sweet.

43. The solipsism of our generation is unyielding. A massive deficiency of nobility prevents even those with the inherent capacity to apprehend truth, vis a vis reason, from doing so.

47. With abundance one can be benevolent. Benevolence is superior to altruism.

53. New things are always evil. Demonic. Heresy. Those prophetic apostates, brimming with courage and valor, often fall on the right side of history. The blackness of death prevents them from witnessing a most proper recognition from the dull middle men.

The scar of an abortion haunts its host.

56. Do not be deceived. The masses do not share your compassion nor do they have the capacity to ever do so. Their existence is a dull note that will not echo in time. You are not the same and can never be. Your peculiar passions, held in your bosom must be released and shared in a multi-variegated manner. Chaos is the stimulant to activate your most robust nature. Apprehend.

58. The neglect of Mentors. What a disservice one does to a pupil when they neglect to encourage and foster the development of a superior nature, once identified in a lost aristocrat. A rose emerges from stone only to be segregated amongst daffodils. The lily sees the muck from which it emerges, never being instructed to survey itself and to look upward and outward. The abuse of false mentors that abbreviate the true and magnificent natures of those that they will not allow to surpass them. The usurpers of legacy. They are only witness to their own mediocrity, therefore all excellence and excellent ones are incredible.

63. Fire. Trial. Opposition. Resistance. The strata of gold is not the same as that of base materials. Ice. Solitude and the love of it. Segregable and Individual. It would seem as if higher types are easily identified due to their deep affection for nobility and beauty. But they hide. They are often tricked into absconding from their high places to dwell among commoners. On the contrary, when done of their own will, fellowship with the poor is invigorating.

64. The scar of an abortion haunts its host. The murdered dead cry out from beyond. This is their life. This is like death to the host. The conflicted conscious resides within a most profane temple.

65. The Dark Triad Economy. Revenge and retribution. The lust to dominate. Schadenfreude. An economy that is most useful to the preservation of man. The great philosopher admonishes us to remember, those that subscribe to this economy must be unafraid to pay high costs. This economy is not afraid of high prices.

66. To do what is good for oneself is the oldest and strongest of burning fires. In a twilight civilization this flame flickers and is smothered by the dust of decay.

Do not conflate similarity with equality.
— David Delt
